Reservation Related
Now I have booked/reserved a property. What happens?
- Please send us a phone number and email address that we can use to reach you before and during your trip and stay in our homes. This is very important in case we need to contact you for any reason. We will send you more information in the period leading up to your arrival.
- We will communicate as we go. Typically, you will receive messages now and again until approximately four weeks before arrival (or sooner if your trip is within four weeks). At that time, you will receive a welcome package and the terms and conditions rental agreement for e-signature via email.
- Twenty-four hours before check-in, you will receive an automated email with your personalized Digital Door Lock Code and Alarm Disarm details. This code activates at check-in time and deactivates after check-out.

When will I receive the arrival instructions or check-in information?
An automated email with your check-in information will be sent to you. This includes the rental property address, wireless internet code, and directions. The electronic lock keypad code will be sent 24 hours before you are due to arrive.
What is required to make a reservation?
When you find the vacation home of your choice, you can reserve the property online or speak with us via phone. A 25% deposit is required at booking and is applied to your total rental cost. The remaining balance is processed 45 days before check-in and is non-refundable at that point.
Are there other fees?
There are no hidden extras or surprise fees upon arrival. All fees are fully explained and shown on your quote. Standard fees may include processing, damage protection, and cleaning. Even after these fees, most guests save between 40% and 60% compared to equivalent hotels.
Does the total include all taxes and fees?
Yes, the total shown on quotes or inquiries includes taxes and any applicable cleaning, processing, or property protection fees. We may require a deposit or credit card hold to be kept on file during your stay.
Can I combine offers/discounts? Are there any blackout dates?
Only one discount or special offer can be applied per reservation. Offers are not valid during holiday weeks unless otherwise specified. Holiday dates include the weeks and days surrounding Thanksgiving, New Year’s, Easter, and Christmas.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and Direct Bank deposits/Wire Transfers.
Is the home I see online the one I get?
Yes. You are renting the specific property displayed on our website. Photos represent the home at a point in time; décor may vary as updates occur.
What should I do if I’ve left something behind in my vacation rental?
Contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you in retrieving your belongings.
Where do I collect the keys to the property?
All properties use electronic keyless locks. Your entrance code will be sent prior to arrival so you can go directly to the home. For last-minute reservations, additional contact may be required.

How many people can I bring?
Occupancy ranges from 8 to 16 guests depending on the home’s bedroom count and bed configuration. Occupancy limits are listed on each property page and in your rental agreement and must be observed per license and law.
Do we have to bring linens and towels?
No. Freshly laundered linens and towels are provided for every guest.
Can I bring more people than allowed to stay in each home?
No. Maximum occupancy (including infants and children) may not be exceeded. The limit is posted on each property page.
Can I bring my pet?
All vacation homes are strictly pet-free.
Are the properties non-smoking?
Yes. All properties are non-smoking anywhere on the property.
Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the vacation homes?
Yes. Every vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen. See each property page for specific details.
