Founded by Jo and Charlie Aunger in 2020, Aunger Rentals LLC operates under Aunger Vacation Homes and Formosa Gardens Estates. As a family-owned business, we personally manage each home we own—spaces we know intimately and maintain to high standards—so your stay feels effortless and welcoming.
